My name is James Birr and I am the Editor-In-Chief of the Mounds View Viewer. I am basically the head of the paper, editing stories, setting up calendars, and communicating between staff and writers. My favorite part of Viewer is the community atmosphere and the great people involved. We definitely are one big Viewer family.
